Changes from Jul-30-2014

- The folders of Ben Yates, Chris Schneider, and Fred Kaal have been moved to a new /Users folder. 

- New toplevel folders /Diskettes and /Cartridges, next to the already existing /Cassettes. The RPK / ZIP cartridges have been moved from the emulator subtree to the new Cartridges folder. Cartridges for other emulators should be put in /Cartridges/<format>

- /geneve has been renamed to /Geneve

- The 9640news have been moved to the /Geneve folder 

- The contents of the ti99 folder have been moved to /Diskettes

- added /Millers_Graphics/GRAM_Kracker for gk related files

- removed duplicate "Hardware manuals" directory in /datasheets and manuals/ directory and moved single pdf in there to Hardware directory where everything else was
