*.pgm files are TI74 and/or CC40 programs that have been saved
using the PC Interface (PCIF).  TI74 computers and the PCIF
can be purchased from www.hightechsolutions.com

The file pciffast.exe is the what you need to use the PCIF device
if you are connected to a computer that is faster than a 486/33.
