These disks represent the fairware library of the Chicago TI User Group. The disks come from two sources. The first, a box marked "Fairware Masters" and a second was a box containing disks, with divider labels that was sold at the meetings. Both boxes contained some titles that the other did not, therefore these disks represent a merger of the two sources in an attempt to create a definitive collection. MISSING: There are also several disks or versions that are listed in the 1988-1989 Disks 101-170 catalog which were not in either box. Among these are "40 Column", "Archiver II version 2.3", "DM 1000 version 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8", "DSKU version 4.0", "Wheel", as well as others. It should also be noted that the "meeting" box contained dividers for "TIPS 1.8", "Words 1000", and "Weather". Weather seems to have been consolidated as an archived file into the 'GARYCOX' disk, but the other programs are not present. So, it seems that while approaching a definitive CTIUG Fairware library collection, we have not reached it and may never do so. Still not copied and to be uploaded are the "TIPS' collection and the LA99ers Exchange disks. There is also an audio tape which accompanies FAIR156C.DSK, which I have not duplicated. Although it's possible that I included it on one of the previous CDs that I sent you since I've transfered it to the PC before. Enjoy. Ernie
