The file MM206.DSK is a PC99 "disk" containing a sample Music Maker
file named MM206.  When you run Music Maker SDA first load a music
file such as this sample file.  When you press Proceed you are then
given the opportunity to DUMP the music into GPL or CALL SOUND or
other interesting formats.
