the file ROSTEXT:ARC includes a German translation of the ROS8.14 manual and a printing program. The printing program is neccesary, because the original manual was a Word document from the PC, written by Wolfgang Betzel from TI-Club Berlin. I transformed it to a Dis/Var80 file, but for printing you need 96 cpl. Control codes in the printing file are for EPSON printers. 

Mike Wright wrote me, that is possible to copy this manual free, if I send a copy of it to your ftp site. If there is any problem with the original copyright, please send a short mesage to my email adress

I sent a copy of the manual to Micheal Becker, too. He knows better than I, who of the Germa user needs a copy of the manual.
